"Calling this court is like going through the Twilight Zone. Their behavior is so aggressive. The court clerks have zero empathy or class. There is no professionalism. I don’t live in NJ and haven’t for 2 years yet I got 12 tickets court date and warrant sent to me all at once for 2020. These tickets were not in the system to pay and I have never received any notification until now. They will talk over you and try to escalate you in attempt to frustrate you. Put you on hold and hang up on you. Truly miserable people"

"I have been calling the court these past 2 weeks to learn how to access my virtual hearing for a traffic ticket between their open hours of 9am - 4pm. I have left about 4-5 voice messages now for someone to give me a call back including my violation number and my summons. It's been 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me yet not even an email or something. I have no idea how to access this virtual hearing at this point. I dont understand how you can send people summons and the number on the summons is not even the right one you call and it rings for 30 seconds only to hear "the number has been changed". And I've received 2 different letters with the same phone and same "the number has been changed" I called the new number several times across several days as it instructed and again rings for 30 seconds and goes to voicemail. I tried their number listed on google same deal. No one ever answers."

"This court and town is greedy. I visited for less than 10 mins and received a parking ticket for being in the cross walk. And I wasn’t even near it. The ticket cop jumped to defend herself when she gave me the bs ticket without me even talking cus she knew she was wrong. The court reps are nasty. People say NYC is mean, this town is miserable and mean. The parking rules are extra strict in a predominantly residential town. Parking meters are outdated and again intentionally there are missing signs so you can mess up. The businesses remind me of the 1980’s. I would overall skip this town tbh. It’s the worst town in Essex county."
