"They repaired my old seiko watch which wouldn’t wind because the o ring was disintegrated and old. In just five minutes they were able to fix and I was on my way, didn’t even have to come back! Highly recommend this shop. Seems they do more complicated repairs (movements, etc.) as well"
"Excellent establishment, strongly recommended. My husband was very happy to get his favorite watch back in working order (having had no luck with with a downtown jeweler - we weren't sure if they couldn't fix it or just didn't want to bother with it), looking like new, and for an eminently reasonable price. The store is a small gem to just visit and look at the clocks on the walls. You always hope there are places like this still out there but they are rare. Mr. Sopp is expert and patient, and we are grateful."

"Chad took on the challenge of fixing a 15+ year old, discontinued Timex chronograph that Timex said was "unrepairable". He managed to perform a very custom repair, and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend him for watch and clock repair, especially for vintage pieces."
