"I’m getting nonstop calls about my payments and continuously getting told that I owe more than the mobile banking website is showing. Like i paid off the month of April for my car, the payment was 115, i sent 165 so part of it went to May. But i get a call from Cassandra (i think) that April owes 159, how is that possible when the app said i only owe 115, and paid 165 ??? the math isn’t adding up, AND I LITERALLY CRUNCHED THE NUMBERS. so yeah im dreading the rest of my time with a bank that tries to scam their customers"
