"Never had any issues until we got duped by someone placing over the phone orders. Was never told or taught what to do to avoid being scammed on phone orders. Because i keyed in the entries i was held responsible. The threats and lies started immediately after we realized that we were going to be hit with charge backs. They reset our processing that they took 100% of any transactions that we did after that point. Then they tried to make us take some bogus loan that would have took forever to pay back. So we stopped processing cards. They treated us like we were the criminals. The risk manager that we had to deal with was a liar. He would say one thing and he forgot i had the text and emails of what he said he would do.long story short make sure you do your own due diligence to make sure you don't get ripped off because this company will not support you. They will threaten you. James Kay was a liar and very rude. Our local guy with Tampa Bay Merchant Services was great. But unfortunately because of Electronic Payments not trying tohelp us. we no longer work with Tampa Bay Merchant Services."
