"Work nearby. Drive through ATM has been broken for 3 years. Everytime I try to use it and see that it’s still broken I get angrier and angrier. Service inside is so bad I never want to go in."
"Corporate BS. So I asked if they could increase my mobile deposit limit as I would much rather not go into the bank during the covid times. I was advised by Chase they cannot increase the mobile depost limit. The limit is setup for my account safety! What about my personal safety? Guess I don't fit the criterea! So I went into the bank on 7/21 made my deposit. 2 days later the deposit is not showing on my account. I call up and there was an error on their part, will take 5 business days to get my deposti! They don't realize that the small company needs these funds immediately for payroll and to pay vendor invoices. So again the little guy suffers, but I did get an apology and assured it will be fixed. So I mentioned the mobile deposit limit again to the rep that was on the phone and they said sure speak with the credit department i'll transfer you now. Only to get transfered to an automated system that advised the wait time is greater than 40 minutes. F&$% you big corps you have too much control and don't care about your customers. Who has time for this?"
"I take my companies deposits here almost daily. Today was a “meh” kind of day but Kam really brightened it up. Laughs, interaction, customer service, and business all accomplished within 6 minutes. Had to write about it."
