"Bank atm always do not accept cash and check deposits and withdrawals all the time in the drive thru so you have to go inside and us that one and wait 20 min in line also had the atm rack $10 from me when it said it could not read the bills and never returned them and there machines are verry slow and if you want to speak to a clerk you have to wait 30 min on the chairs because they have 2 out of the 6 stalls in order"

"tried depositing checks thru the ATM and they would not accept them! properly signed and everything, machine kept spitting em right out. the poor people behind me start honkin at me LOL. my last chase experience ever. also my mother's account got hacked and they did NOTHING! the rep. said they would lock the acct and never did! i hear many bad reviews about this type of bank and i can see why. disappointing."
