"I have received about six letters from them charging me 5,400. The truth is I don't know what to do because the person we had the accident with says that they have nothing to do with this insurance."

"Recieved a fraudulent letter requesting subrogation multiple time for a date of loss that there is no accident with an insurance carrier whom we don't have any affiliation with for my Mrs. Not fact based letters with information that is not pertaining to our family."

"Completely mishandled my case, did not send documents they were required to send, and literally forgot to send my notary for an entire week causing me to go weeks without a license. Extremely unprofessional and inadequate to perform their job, and they should not be a licensed law firm in any shape or form. And when I followed up on them they hung up on me and tried to blame me for their lack of professionalism and accountability. Absolutely disgusting mistreatment of our law system."

"I am getting bullied and threats from this insurance company when the accident happened in Louisiana and now Im getting letters saying that the damages to this girls car was over $23,000 when the back of her vehicle was smashed but my entire car was destroyed. It was not $23,000 worth of damage to her vehicle all they want to do is threaten you. Nick told me on the phone today that “ not his fault or their problem so one of us me or my ex husband needs to pay up”. I was in the hospital not able to walk for months. This accident and the stress and financial strain was a huge cause of my divorce. yet this company wants to after a year suspend my license now . What a joke."

"Abusive company that relies on bullying and lying to get their clients claims resolved. I am looking into making a formal complaint against them in my state. I called because I received a letter claiming I owe thousands. Immediately, Eric started being combative and condescending. He started accusing me of renting and driving a car. I said I don’t drive and don’t even hold a license. He said “that explains the accident.” I said that doesn’t make any sense, I can’t rent a car without a license. He kept laughing and making remarks. I told him he’s being combative and he said “I see this everyday and I know what’s going on.” Once he actually looked into the claim, turns out it was through Uber and I was a rider. Didn’t apologize for his mistake and bullying. I told him I want to dispute it. He claimed my only options are to: 1. Pay it in full 2. Pay it in increments. I told him that those options are not the only options because I can legally dispute it. He kept arguing that those are the only options. I told him to transfer me to someone else. He did, after a lot of bullying and trying to get me off the phone. He transferred me to his manager, I don’t remember his name. He was as condescending and abusive as Eric, guess that’s company policy. Tried to bully me out of calling the insurance company directly, I told him I have legal background and know that they are deceiving and telling me that there are no other options than to pay. You don’t need to have legal background to know that’s a lie but I can see how they can intimidate many people into paying something that they don’t have to pay. I called the insurance company directly, what a world of difference! They are looking into it and working with me about the claim that the Uber driver made. I highly advise others to avoid calling this abusive and dishonest company, and just directly call the insurance company to understand and deal with the claims. As I mentioned above, I will be looking into making a formal complaint against this company in my state. FOLLOW UP TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have made a complaint to ACA International (The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals) as this company’s behavior is against their code of conduct. I called the number listed on the ACA International website and went from there."
