"I had my son's bank account at this bank. I visited with my son as he was enrolled in a school in another state. I closed the account and received the balance in cash, and the process was handled quickly and courteously. However, instead of immediately returning our ID after checking it, when we were about to leave the bank, they hurriedly followed us out to return our ID, apologizing and returning our ID. The attitude was polite and we were not offended at all."
