"The bank as a whole has terrible service. I had called the 800 number because I misplaced m debit card. I told the rep that I needed the replacement fast. She assured me she would "expedite" it and I would have it in 1 - 3 business days. When I called to check the status, I was told she put it in for regular processing, so it would be about a week (5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS) The rep I spoke to that time was condescending and acted like it was no big deal, and would not let me speak to a supervisor (he claimed too suddenly be one). He then told me that I could also go into a branch if I needed it quick, which I was not told by the first rep. The problem is, often the only person in the branch who can issue the card is not available. All in all, this bank as a whole gives very poor service."

"This bank is terrible. You have to maintain a Passbook if you want to have a savings account with the bank. And if you don't know what a passbook is, that is because it is an archaic way of keeping one's savings that is about 20 years out dated. And if you show up to the bank to inquiry about a balance in your savings account, and you don't have your passbook or account number with on hand, they cannot pull up your account. Not even with several forms of Identification and the debit card of the account holder."
