"I love the professionalism and quick service at this location, and representative Thomas Revithas always has a smile on his face, he's very polite and pleasant. 2/10/22 I left the 1st review 3 yrs ago ^ Today I came in thinking I would get the assistance Im used to, but that wasn't the case. I was told to open an account at another bank because the one I had opened for my son was compromised, and he wasn't allowed to get a new account. Clearly they don't value their customers if Im being told to bank elsewhere. Service was really poor today Citi."

"I'm not sure about the negative reviews... the only complaint I have was about getting through the phone lines. I called to confirm an appointment but was unable to get through to the Branch Manager Cecile Galvez, left message and she called back and left a message for me. Turns out she hadn't even received my message to her personal line. Either way, the service was outstanding!!! I deposited funds and Citibank was withholding part of the funds (for a week!!!)... I needed the funds desperately and she was willing to go the extra mile and helped me get the funds released just in time. I'm so glad."
