Santander Bank Branch

"Horrible Customer Service! I’m not a customer of Santander Bank but have been using them the past year to deposit my rent check. I was considering switching from Chase to Satender until today. I arrived at this location to deposit my check and the gentleman at the drive thru was unprofessional and rude. He informed me that I can’t deposit in someone else’s account anymore and I tried to explain to him that I was never informed of this and I come to this branch every month. He proceeded to talk over me and then he walked away. That is not a way to bring in new customers or entice someone to do business with Santander Bank. Customer service should be the main priority but I guess that is not the case here ."

"Ana Cristina Madail gave me a really hard time cashing a direct check from my employer ... Santander check .. ID Verified From ADP... then began speaking a different language with her Co-worker .. very unpleasant very unprofessional and also mentioned if I didn't like it I can go to a different branch."
