"ATM at this location stole $520 of a $900 withdrawal. Went into bank immediately and the teller said there was nothing they can do , despite video footage of me trying to retrive the money. The machine was not working correctly. Speaking to the manager was of no help. Opened a case with Bank of America and Santander which the card was from that bank. Nothing resolved. They just closed the case. So someone somewhere has my 93 year old mothers SS money. Stay away from this bank and stay away from the ATM for sure!"

"Extremely long line. This is no reflection on the service of the tellers, just if you want a swift transaction, this is NOT the location to go to if you are visiting from out of town. Pick another branch if you value your time. On the plus side. The tellers were very friendly."

"I was visiting NJ for another reason and stopped to see if I could get a credit card on the way to my destination. And I can't believe how well everything went. I am extremely grateful to Katia Useda Rivera, a very friendly and helpful employee at this office. I only had to wait for around 14 minutes for an appointment with a representative and received my physical credit card in no time at all (3 days?), even though I live in a different state! (Well, NY is pretty close, but I still didn't expect this). And I also got clear and friendly instructions and faced no discrimination at all."

"The Worst Bank!! Sorry NOT Sorry! THE drive through has been closes for 7 months and they know that their are a lot of customers coming in daily!! They have one teller while the others and managers of the branch walk around instead of trying to help get the line down....smdh I'm only here because the company I work for bank here other then that I would not come in the doors at all!! DO BETTER!!"
