"As a long-time Chase customer and private client, I have always found my visits to the branch pleasant and friendly. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience despite having an appointment. The employee managing the appointments, who seemed to think very highly of himself, greeted us with a rude attitude and no acknowledgment. Fortunately, Fanta, who assisted us, was fantastic and provided excellent service. Chase needs to train their frontline staff better, as they are the first point of contact for customers. An unwelcoming attitude is unnecessary. I am here to handle my financial matters, and without customers like us, employees like SAM would not have a job."

"This has to go down in history as the worst chase bank in new jersey and new york. first of all It is amazing that chase one of the biggest banks has only one location in bayonne and one location in jersey city. This location in bayonne is atrocious. The staff is always rude , always in a miserable mood and always has some sort of attitude to give you. I hate the fact that I have no choice but to use this Location. The atms never work especially the drive thru. Chase needs to do something and train their employees properly on how to engage with potential clients and to just have more convenient locations."
"I had an issue with a check but was serviced quickly. The first teller brought her supervisor to me who was able to get me the branch manager. He was able to fix the issue and we were done in a few minutes."
