"I went over there a took an appointment with a white guy at the front desk where he gave to me a 12:30PM the following day to open a new account. I called out from my job. When I checked in with him it was 12:23PM and it said I missed my appointment because it was 12:00PM and I have to come back next week. He kicked me out. Worst place to be. Shame on this guy !"

"The service provided by the branch manager is extremely disappointing. He appears to be unaware of how to effectively manage top-tier account holders and instead redirects customers to other branches for assistance. Despite experiencing a severe issue with my bank accounts, he casually suggested coming back tomorrow due to staffing shortages and existing customer wait times. As a result, I sought help at the Springfield branch, which, despite being similarly understaffed and crowded, efficiently resolved my concerns and even assisted with other matters beneficial to my businesses. The Springfield branch proved to be exceptionally helpful. It's disheartening to see such a contrasting level of service between branches. Shame on Morris ave, Union, NJ Branch Manager Jason C."

"In my 21 years of being a customer, I have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner by anyone at Bank of America. This is beyond bad customer service, this is unacceptable. It is clear from this branch’s 1 star rating that I am not the only person who has had a bad interaction and yet there are clearly no consequences. THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING BANKING HERE: PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The Manager, Asheesh, and clerk, Alex, are horrible employees and should not be interacting with customers nor representing Bank of America. I will never come to this bank again. The clerk insulted me and the manager was patronizing and dismissive. At no point did either apologize for their disrespect but instead demonstrated behavior that showed they were clearly used to being in an environment where they are allowed to defend bad behavior and mistreat customers. I will file a complaint with both BoA and the BBB as it is clear there is a pattern with this branch."

"As many times as I go to Bank of America and cash out my checks, today was the first day I ever encounter such rude customer service. The lady was so dismissive towards me. She gave me my credential back and check without even giving me a reasonable response on why I couldn't make my transaction. Then they wonder why nobody wants to bank with them, it's reasons like that I'll never bank with you guys. She needs better training I don't care how long she been there either show some type of respect especially when the check is made out from you guys bank. Be very lucky you wasn't wearing you're name badge else the people would know the real you."
