"ATTN: BANK MANAGER (ITS YOUR JOB) If i can go other location, i would. But this is closest one. There is only one teller most of times which means you have to wait 15min or more for your visit. They seriously need to have two tellers permanently. Other than this, this is a well maintained bank."

"I went to this location to withdraw cash from my business account, after inserting my card & putting in my PIN the teller whose name is Luisa requested my ID, which is totally fine and indeed provided. Once she grabbed my ID she said follow me and started walking around the whole bank. I then approached her and asked her “What was going on” and that I was in a rush and needed to go. She then gave my ID to another employee whose name is Jessica for me to fill in some paperwork. I again then repeated that I was in a rush and that I had to go and whatever paperwork it was I would do it another time. She answered that she won’t be able to help me then. I grabbed my I left for a different location, requested the same service, and received my money with no issues. Note: I always go to the Bank in Lodi, NJ, and never have an issue. Also, I have been to this location in Hackensack, and no paperwork whatsoever was ever mentioned before."

"This BOA location is busy during Saturdays since other locations nearby is closed so be mindful for the wait. There only two tellers at the location. There is parking which is a big plus. The location seems newly renovated within the two years so it’s clean and well maintained. I came in for a cashiers check and the teller was so helpful and kindly congratulated me. The other time I came in the I opened an account with one of the bankers who was absolutely so kind and informative her name I believe was Aroma."

"Horrible customer service. They couldn’t find my appointment. Maria @ notary was so rude beyond mention. She said she could care less if I'm a preferred customer or not. She treats everyone the same. Refused to notarize a simple document. When asked for a manager, she called in a greeter as manager (another Maria). Got it notarized down the street in two minutes. It’s honestly a circus at this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION."
