"A few days ago I came into this bank to deposit money for my child; my daughter is away for college. I was in shock when I approached the teller, she was wearing a hoodie over her head. I found this very unprofessional. Her attitude and the way she presented herself was not appropriate and made me feel unsafe. I won't be coming back to this bank."

"A chronically understaffed branch. Poor management = poor customer service experience. Long line , and it's taken over 45 minutes to open a safe deposit box and we're not even close to being done. The tellers are awesome they just need more of them"
