"The bank workers of all category are very very slow. Other than that 50% of them are very friendly. Some are very grouchy am haughty. But it is near me and convenient. So I go there for that reason."

"I’m going to rate this bank 1 star. I’ve started coming here recently to deposit money and withdraw and it’s been every time i come to deposit some money that machine barely wants to take in anything i deposit! Even depositing 1 bill is a problem! You guys have to fix that machine! Had me standing out there for more than 6 minutes trying to deposit some money! And it’s not the greatest area either so i was really uncomfortable! Fix that machine!"

"Did think the banker did enough to assist a me a customer banking with this bank every since I was able to do so. I wanted to do wire transfer and I had all the Information from a previous wire transfer on the receipt document I got from them the last time and I was told to go set an appointment because it's almost time for her appointment with another customer who was not present. This process takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Very poor in assisting customers."
