"The teller named Concetta has the MOST unpleasant demeanor... on multiple occasions I have come into the bank to make deposits and withdrawals. Never once has she ever had a pleasant attitude. Telling to use the ATM as if it weren’t her job to make deposits and withdrawals. I cannot help but to feel as if this to due the fact that I am not same ethnicity as her. As I have seen her treat other customers in a friendly and welcoming demeanor. For whatever reason the same treatment has not been extended to me. Update 06.26.2024 I was confronted by the bank manager for this comment when I went in for a totally unrelated matter. Which only serves to prove what I said before. Like really sir? As a customer I am allowed to have opinions on the service provided by the bank’s employees without fear of retaliation against my person. The man literally interrupted my meeting with another bank employee to o confront me about the comment I made YEARS ago. Some would call that intimidation."

"Excellent service from a "small town bank"! The tellers, Connie and Renata are always pleasant and quick, and Josie the manager is extremely helpful with any type of inquiry. Subtracted one star for no late hours- I can't always get there before 4:30 or on Saturday"
