"All in all I googled the closest key bank to me and gps brought me to this location. When I went in one personal banker that sat to closest to the door was very pleasant and helpful. I was informed that I may have had to have an appointment for what I was looking to do. The personal banker that sat further from the door offered to speak to a manager to see if I could be attended to. Unknowingly the first personal banker went to check on the same thing for me 5-7 minutes later. The first banker never came back to update me anything. The branch manager allowed me to come to his office where I presented all of my legal and legit documents. Articles of incorporation New Jersey state ID 3 business credit cards and debit cards and my social security card. The branch manager studied each item as if what was in question was the authenticity of each document down to flipping my social security card over back and fourth. I was met with a string of questions like what makes me want to bank with key bank opposed to a bank closer to me and what specific products I want. After we spoke he then proceeded to say he can’t open my account today but to come back tomorrow because he thought I only wanted to see him to ask him about products which he never gave me any info on anyway. Alot of this seems normal but it would only be normal if this was an automated system. The energy I received was more than the normal vet a customer. I didn’t go to the bank in a suit and tie but I wasn’t dressed inappropriately. I truly feel because I was an African American male opening a business account I was profiled. To have to present 4-5 forms of ID and to continue to be questioned what else do you have is not normal. I don’t think the company in all is like this but I do feel I picked the wrong location and it’s sad because it shouldn’t be this way at all."

"Great place excellent service I don't know why there is even one bad review I mean sometimes there is a line but I don't think there is even one bank in the whole wide world that there is never a line and by the way you can always use the atm it's open 24 hours all I had with this bank was a pleasure especially the Monsey location"

"I’ve been with KeyBank for about 5-7 months now. I visited this branch in Monsey and a banker named Janice refused to give me my withdrawal. This is my first time here so I provided her with all info needed. I’m not sure if it’s because my skin color & I was asking for a large amount (to pay my rent) but she wasn’t friendly at all. If you bank with KeyBank I suggest you stay away from the one in Monsey."
