"Worst bank and credit card I've ever experienced. Very low APR, even with large balances through their Personal Banking. Fee structure is confusing. Credit card routinely doesn't receive or respond to things and requires you send documents with your social security number, name, address, account number through the mail rather than providing the ability to upload all documents on a secure server. I've spent a year with the bank and am closing my accounts this week. I've been with the credit card company for years. Luckily I rarely have issues but when I do they are typically unhelpful and their website is not user-friendly to try and help yourself. I'm currently waiting for my new credit card in the mail since my current is expiring... I'd bet everything I own that it shows up (again) with a name that hasn't legally been mine in 2 years...yes, they are that incompetent. I highly recommend Charles Schwab, great interest, no minimums, no fees (they refund ATM fees every month) and best of all, they are always eager to help on the phone, their app and website is easy to use, and their chat function is great."
