"Tellers at this location are miserable. My mom and I went to get some cash last week and Gregory (forgot this last name, woreski?) was very passive aggressive and give us an attitude. We asked for a piece of paper to write down the amount of cash we wanted to withdraw because it's a large amount and we didn't want all the other customers to hear, then at the end of the transaction, I asked if the paper he gave us earlier is for our account because I was going to ask him to shred it. Gregory said "who else would it be for?" in a very dismissive and derogatory way. He also said to another teller that my mom took out a larger amount last time as well (that was 6 months ago). I asked him if it's an issue to take out a large amount each time. Gregory denied the whole conversation with the other teller and said to me "I don't know what you are talking about." We also bank at BOA and CHASE (and I used to bank at WF as well) both in Manhattan and NJ and it's very rare to come across such an unpleasant teller and banking experience."

"This is a shout out specifically to Meredith and also Elaine at this location. Last week my account was hacked and I got a significant amount of money stolen. The Citibank fraud department was not very helpful, but Meredith was a lifesaver. I live up in the Catskills and this is my closest location which means I had to drive an hour plus to deal with this in person. She squeezed me in on a Friday at 4:30 PM so that I wouldn’t have to wait out the weekend on pins and needles. She helped me find the right people at corporate and sat on hold for me multiple times. This was a very stressful situation, of course but Meredith and her service were the silver lining. Thank you Meredith for going above and beyond!"

This is illegal: Section 31 U.S.C. 5103, entitled "Legal tender," states: "United States coins and currency [including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve Banks and national banks] are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues." This statute means that all U.S. money as identified above is a valid and legal offer of payment for debts when tendered to a creditor."
