"I was going to open an account at this TD branch on 12/2/23 at around 10am. There was an agent for sitting customers and one at the counter. There was a couple who could be friends of the agent who was sitting. They kept talking to the agent like they are having a Thanksgiving dinner. I don’t know how long it took but I couldn’t wait any longer. Very disappointed experience."
"Nice folks here, never had a bad teller experience. They've been solicitous and helpful of our estate accounts. Alas, they didn't answer the phone 3x during workday in Oct 2022...rang for over 2 minutes on one of those occasions. Not good."
