"Total disorder, waiting 1.5 years for them to find my family's items. Absolutely ubserd "business", unprofessional and a complete rip off. I'm still waiting for them to find my family's items. I wanted to pick up over a year ago, I rented a trailer and drove 12 hours and they were unable to locate the items!!! Then they wanted money for storage complete BULL!! I do not recommend this place at all and if I could give negative stars I would. I also reported them to the better business Bureau."

"Was massively ripped off. I have less stuff including 1/3 less furniture and it took them many hours longer than it took them to move me 6 years ago. I cannot believe they would be that unscrupulous. You're at their mercy. apparantly they can do whatever they want. Not sure if they are directed from the owner to "milk it" or if they're just overworked. Either way it cost me an additional $1000. THAT IS RIDICULOUS TO OVER CHARGE THAT MUCH."
