"My dog was suffering not eating or drinking water and I called them multiple times for an appointment to get him seen. They refused to see him or set an appointment multiple times. I had to go to another vet and by then it was too late and he had to be put down. I would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. Unless it's a basic check up or shots they don't care about your animals."

"I drive over an hour to this vets office and if I get another animal I would do it again! I have been coming to them for over 4 years with my dog. I have never seen such compassion and care from a vets office. This week my dog fell ill, and I needed an appointment. Told them I would make it happen, and they did. Sadly I had to put my dog down, but they talked me through it and explained everything! Then they let me stay and grieve, as long as I needed! Also for the people that gave 1 star.... should do their homework. I live in a city area with a LOT of vets, and when my dog got bite on the throat and was bleeding... NO ONE would see him because he wasn't an established patient there! Look around you, vets are struggling and turning people away all the time out here! I was upset also, but didn't give them a 1 star!"

There was no other animal in the office when I walked in. The first thing the receptionist asked me whether I was "a regular". When I told her that this was an emergency, she said she could not help me, but she would confer with the doctor. The doctor refused treatment. Very compassionate. Another dog, who was a regular, came in and was taken into the treatment room. I'm sorry, but when an animal in need walks in to a Vetinary clinic, and there are no emergencies ahead of them, or a packed waiting room, they should be seen.
