"I love Southside vet! They are so kind to me and my dogs every time I go. They charged $1,000 less than another local vet on my dog’s surgery and it went perfectly. I paid right in the room which was so fast, convenient and helpful so my dogs didn’t wonder around the building while I’m trying to pay. I will never go to any other vet!"

"So thankful for the experience I had here today. My pup is 3 months old, and I was looking for a local vet accepting patients. A friend of mine recommended taking him to Southside Vet. I called and got an appointment for him within 2 1/2 weeks, which is not a far book out at all. The next night, my pup had a poop full of worms and I was panicking!!! (New puppy owner) I called Southside Vet the next morning and they got him in that day. The staff were so friendly and helpful too! I’m so glad my little guy should be feeling better soon. "Today was my first time going to this Vet and I will just say, I will only go to them from here on out! What a clean and nice little environment they have inside their clinic. My dog was a new “patient”, they got her in as soon as they could for an emergency visit. My dog has had a hard time at every vet we have brought her to, but she was so calm and collected which goes to show the environment and people that were around her. The Dr was absolutely amazing, friendly and explained everything throughly. They even explained prices and total amounts before continuing with anything to make sure we knew and were comfortable with the cost, which I have never experienced before either. Usually, most vets that I’ve experienced won’t tell you the total until everything is said and done! They were so gentle with my baby and understanding with her being more uncomfortable with certain things. Again, other vets I’ve been to have been rude or unwilling to continue due to my pup being a little more riled up! I just can’t stress enough how good this place was to my girl. I recommended to anybody who is looking for a vet, bring your fur babies here!!!!! You won’t regret it. Lyla says THANK YOU!"

"I find this practice very knowledgeable, caring, and very friendly. I love how they make you feel like family. If you have a concern, from the staff to the veterinarians they answer all you questions and make sure you understand plus give you options of care. When you call the office you speak right away with a person who can advise you. You don’t have to speak to one person that needs to pass you to another person so you have to explain the same concern AGAIN. I very much recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best care for their pets, because your pets are family members to you and you want the best care for them!"
