"Had to go to this school for my senior year and It was the most excruciatingly boring and mind numbing experience I ever had to go through. The teachers do not seem to care and will pass you with an 80 if you just put in a tiny bit of work. I ended the year with an average of about an 82 and had 50+ absences. The lack of caring teachers also carries over to the kids who also do not care about the classes which results in the whole class being on there phones. If you are thinking of moving to this school then do not. Everyone seems to already have to group of friends and nobody well ever come up to you and start a conversation. The only people you well find here are white rich kids so definitely do not come here if you were from a more culturally diverse school. I used to go to longwood before going here and the change was massive, I brought the same personality I had from longwood to eastport and everyone just completely ignored me. I would go days without saying a single word and when I finally did my voice would be all messed up since I never would talk. This school completely changed how I feel and It seems like I no longer even care If I have friends or not since I have gone so long without any. A normal day for me would be study hall first, math and social studies second and third, an english class and a cooking class and a astronomy class for 4th period,5th, and 6th. The rest of my day would be in the library reading manga on my phone which was probably the only thing that kept me semi sane since it was the only time I would actually have creative and interesting thoughts. I never felt like there was a challenge and just would feel numb and would be on auto pilot all day. As of now I do not even remember what I did that past year, It all is a blur to me because of how numb I felt. If you are thinking of going here then I would highly advise you do not unless you are extremely extroverted. If you are like me who used to be quiet but also try to give off a tough kinda persona because of being in longwood then I would advise never going here, it was hell for me."
"If I to this school until 2020"
"I was in this school from 2005 until 2011. I was in the BOCES program. I loved this school and now that I have just graduated from it I will very much miss it. It is an awesome school!"
