There are zero toys anymore due to covid, but all THREE children’s room librarians were rude when my daughter inquired where she could find a particular series. She seemed to be a major inconvenience to them. I was disappointed. This is not the first time I’ve seen the unhelpful attitude and I wish it wasn’t this way."
