"Visited the school with the intention of starting my flight training. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. Tour of the facility was great. I decided to proceed with enrollment and filling out required ppwk. After submitting ppwk I had to follow up twice to hear I have to speak with the chief flight instructor. A video call was done to go over my experience etc. then advised I will get another follow up email in a week. After two weeks I had to follow-up with the school and chief instructor who ignored my initial emails. Then sent an invoice for me to pay fee for enrollment. After fee was paid no more contact was established between myself the chief flight instructor. I waited a month after holiday season to follow up and still nothing. In the end, it’s about communication and being professional which I did received upon my visit and went downhill after. Recommend to find another flight school that appreciates your money and have some decency to respond. Really disgusted by the chief flight instructor and how things were handled and highly disappointed. As for my enrollment fee I will be following up even if it’s a legal matter."

"Horrible scheduling, they had my instructor cancel for personal issues which is understandable, however instead of calling and notifying me they decided it would be fine to double book me with another instructor and expected me to wait around until he was free to fly. If your time is valuable then do yourself a favor and take your money to any other school."
