"i was here for the first day so far where they do basic testing. this place is not autism friendly (from my perspective)!! there is too much noise and stimuli, and it makes me feel like shutting down for the rest of the day. if this is only how my first day is going, i really didn’t want to imagine the next two weeks and how i’d cope. from what i overheard, if you don't do something the way they want, they make you do it again. i thought jobs were supposed to be flexible to an extent, but this place makes it seem like they're preparing you for levels of strictness comparable to amazon..."
