Reviews
"When you visit the Museum of USS Intrepid then skip the space exhibition and do that ex in Washington DC instead if that's a possibility. Otherwise the Carrier museum is great."
"Amazing look into history. All the planes, the shuttle, submarine, SST etc. It's living history and it's wonderful. We could Jane spent ALL day there, but could only stay 4 hours due to prior commitments. We will go back"
"It’s always a great experience to see a space shuttle. This one is unfortunately housed in a very small enclosure which makes it difficult to see much of the spacecraft. Most of the exhibition is laid out beneath the shuttle. There is no access into any part of the shuttle, and the ship is poorly lit, making it very difficult to photograph without specialty lenses. This exhibition is still a must-see, but it is a little underwhelming compared to other space shuttle exhibitions. The souvenir shop pricing is unreasonably expensive, and many item prices are not displayed in hopes you won’t notice before the register."
"This exhibit should be displayed a little better. You can't ever really see the whole thing like you can in Florida. Still cool it's on an aircraft carrier."
"As this is part of a private museum, it is just amazing they were able to get this shuttle. As a trekkie, this one is very special. Although it is debatable if this should be on the deck of a carrier, but glad to have seen it."
