"NOT the storage with best customer service as claimed. Was unable to access my unit at 7:47, even though the access hours says 8pm everywhere. Called customer care many times, the customer care were helpful but the office representative kept repeating he has to leave and was rude. There was no additional time or effort needed on their part since the facility is self-service. I really needed to access my unit due to an emergency flight tomorrow."
