"Let me start by stating that I am not a vindictive person and I don't write negative reviews against innocent people. The previous partner of Mike the present owner was a pleasure to work with and I recommended him to family and friends. My experience with the present owner and one of his staff Lisa has been a complete disaster. They never did my corporate taxes for this year even though they had all needed documents since the 1st week of January 2024. They didn't schedule my Workman's Compensation Audit even though I emailed Lisa the email from the State Insurance Fund since February 12th. Lisa told me verbally that she would take care of it and never did claiming they didn't respond to her request for an extension knowing that she had not done an audit with them for 3 year's. She made no mention to me that she never made contact with them. They are now charging me double until I can have my new accountant schedule a audit. In the state of New York any licensed business is required to have workmen compensation. Lisa did 2 audits for me prior to the old owner's untimely death. Her ridiculous claims that I never sent her notice to continue to do the audits is a complete shirking of her responsibility. I can assure you that in my business I do not need to be reminded by my clients to do my job as I value my business and without clients and good customer service I will not have a successful business. When I reached out to both Lisa and the owner Mike with messages left with the nice young lady that answers the phone and repeated emails it took 3 days to get them on the phone. Mike answered the phone and questioned who I was an why I wanted to speak to Lisa and when I tried to explain the situation her began to scream at me then put me on hold and a few moments later Lisa picked up and began yelling at me and not giving me an opportunity to talk. After hanging up I emailed them requesting all of my documents for the past 3 years. Mike refused to comply with my requests so I had my attorney email him and finally after the 2nd email he finally complied. They both have zero accountability for their own negligent behavior and absolutely positively could care less about customer service. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this place if they are looking for a positive outcome."
