"Respected OGS Team, lot of HBITS consultants are suffering from vendor harassment, especially from IIT Inc. NY State introduced HBITS, to acquire top talents for better price, but the vendors are misusing the process, They are misusing the Non-Compete agreements to avoid the competition between the HBITS vendors. We consultants have no idea to report this issue, and lot of consultants paying lots of money (ranging from $12,000 to $40,000) to the vendors to settle the matter. This IIT Inc threatening consultants by pulling them into legal battles. Please save us, the vulnerable poor consultants who are actually helping the entire business of NY State."
