"This is the Gould Memorial Library building which was the old NYU uptown campus in University Heights. Today it is Bronx Community College and is not used as a library. It is an amazing building and can be seen anytime."
"Calm & quite. Neat & clean. Available computers, internet, space to group study. Enough furnished to concentrate. I wanted to transfer eralier but only for the beauty of the library I am doing a more semister in BCC."
"As you walk about this campus, you are impressed with the archetcture of the buildings. It quickly becomes apparent that this was not originally the home of Bronx Community College. Indeed, not a place the city would build. You would be right. Originally the home of NYU Uptown. It was sold off during the University's financial crisis in the 70' I believe. (Some one at NYU kicks themselves hard every day for that one!) Well, NYU's loss was NYC's gain. Go there and see for yourself. The photo I uploaded shows a view facing north - a rare double rainbow! Great luck abounded."
