"Woman at the counter was LOOKING for our documents to be wrong. She offered 5 different reasons why she wouldn’t accept our document and 4 out of 5 were wrong. Her last ditch effort was accepted by her supervisor on a technicality. We did not appreciate her tone and how it came across that she’d do anything to reject our documents and waste our time."

"Whole process took about 45 minutes. I renewed my drivers license. Had to make an appointment for 9:20 am. Followed instructions and arrived 20 minutes early with the proper identifications. The line moves pretty quick if you follow those instructions and properly fill out the forms. The issues arise when people don’t bring the proper forms which is listed in great detail on MV website or improperly fill out the form which they hand you at the door. One person at the front of the line had to redo their form 3 times. All the employees were polite and professional. Everything is mailed to you now so didn’t have to wait for my new license. I received a piece of paper until the new license comes in the mail. Better experience than expected but maybe I was lucky"

"Great service considering the amount of people who visit this location. Long wait but it’s expected. The staff including the security guards are very friendly and professional. The instructors for the road tests are very friendly and patient which is so helpful for test nerves. There is one female test instructor who isn’t friendly though. She is mean. I didn’t get her name. She looks Hispanic, medium skin tone, on the heavier side of thick. Her attitude and mean energy aren’t good for people testing. Try to avoid if possible. Otherwise everything else is good."

"If I could give 0 stars… I would in a heartbeat. I had a drivers test at 4pm. I went in and I passed. After the test, the instructor told me to just come back tomorrow and get my paper for my license. So that’s exactly what I did. I knew the dmv usually is busy, so I left my house very early to get there right when they open. When I arrived, the line was so ridiculously long inside. Then when i get to the security guard, he told me because I don’t have an appointment and they already took all the walk ins they can take today they couldn’t take me. FIRST OFF, When I took my road test, the instructor didn’t mention anything about having to be the first 20 people there for a walk in. SECOND OFF, I can’t even get an appointment for a new drivers license. THIRD, When I was trying to explain that the instructor didn’t mention anything about that, this employee with glasses kept talking over me. I had to then tell him, “Can you please listen to me?” Because you cannot possibly be listening if you are talking over me! Very disrespectful. They have no compassion. I was not the only person there in this situation because they don’t know how to operate a dmv properly. Please if you can go to any other location then this one. I was lucky that my instructor was even as nice as he was for the drivers test. FOUR, the same employee claimed that there were over 300 people waiting when that was obviously not true! So I asked him if there was a way to just take me and he said no and suggested that if I want to be seen I should go as far away from this location as possible. Because even he knows this location is ridiculous!"

"My cousin passed knowledge test. They said come back tomorrow before 8 o'clock morning for driver license. It's doesn't mean why we come back next day for interm papar ?"
