"Only the trailers you first see look nice and are large. The further back you go the smaller and worst they look. Much garbage all around the trailers and the trailers are falling apart. No place to park if you were visiting. Majority of the trailers are very very close to each other."

"Visited this area in search of buying a mobile home Not a big fan of the mobile home area the area was very clutterd with cars and Rvs very stinky as well. Area seemed to be very dark neighbor shared with us there werent many kids around the area as i am a mom id like a more kid friendly place"
