"Their Sump Pump failed in July and the basement flooded. Lost over $3k in merchandise. They had everyone fill out insurance forms but to no avail since the insurance didn't cover water damage. I have attempted repeatedly to contact their management & no one will call me back. They just ignore the calls. I don't recommend this place."
"I had a generally positive experience with Snapbox Self Storage, and I'd rate them 4 stars. The storage facilities were clean and secure, and the staff was friendly when we signed up. However, I encountered a couple of issues. First, there was a consistent shortage of dollies available, which made moving items a bit more challenging. Second, there was a mix-up with the promised month of free storage, and we had to call and follow up to ensure they honored their offer. It was a bit of a hassle getting in touch with them over the phone, but once resolved, everything else went smoothly."
