"My visit to the Yonkers landlord tenant court office was amazing the women in there were educated and professional and were absolutely able to help me when I went to the window. They have fabulous attitudes wonderful smiles and are willing to help. I don't want to go back to housing court but I would always love to go back to the window and work with ladies of that caliber."

"The window service sucks sometimes you wait at least 15 minutes to be seen and you have enough staff.. STILL MUST BE PROFESSIONAL TO CRIMINALS because it's a job.. the criminal window I can't lie they've done a great job but the other windows they see u standing and they talking to each other about personal things I can hear them they telling a story"

"Just look at the judge and the workers when you get there. Haha absolute joke. Except Paul. If you unfortunately have to go to traffic court ask for Paul. Only worker you can tell was hired for his qualifications."

"I can only comment on the traffic court, but it was honestly not a bad experience. Everyone who worked at the court was very friendly. The state trooper and judge were fair. Instructions were clear and things moved along quickly. I would recommend getting their early to line up. I parked in the Government Center Parking lot and you can enter the courthouse through the overpass. I was in and out within 2 hours and paid $5 for parking."

"They need to close the prose division of this court. I am trying to sue a condominium owner because his radiator leaked and destroyed my ceiling and everything in its path. I went there and got the summons, took them home, prepared them, and got them served. After taking back the affidavits of service to the court, I was told that I must contact a lawyer to put them on the court calendar. I asked why this was so; all of them sitting in the office kept telling me one by one that they could not give me legal advice. When did it become legal advice to place a case on the court calendar? So, I went home and called a lawyer's office, and the lawyer told me to wait until 30-plus days, then I should write to the court for the case to be placed on the calendar. I did as he said. After returning to the court with the document to ask the judge to put the issue on the calendar; the same set of women were telling me that what I did was wrong, and they could not give me legal advice. Now if everybody plaintiff who steps into that court needs to get a lawyer, then what is the purpose of the prose division in the court? It is a waste of taxpayers' money and should be closed. Save taxpayer's money and put it to better use than to have a cluster of people attending what is supposed to be employment and is yet to know their job. PLEASE CLOSE THE PROSE OFFICE AT THE YONKERS CIVIL COURT THIRD FLOOR. SOMETHING IS GOING ON IN THIS PLACE; WE NEED SOME INVESTIGATION HERE."
