"You cannot stop at citizens from filming in public areas on public on property. Only in rare cases in quart rooms. You also cannot demand proof of insurance for the press to film. Or assassin the film prayer in public areas. Whoever passed these rules need to consult a attorney for the community. It would never hold up in court and it would be struck down definitely by a higher court if the lower court tried to be foolish and even consider your ridiculous paperwork. I am not someone who goes around bothering the police or bothering the public. But we have constitutional rights and civil rights. The government needs to respect them And understand what they can do and what they can’t do as public officials. They cannot break our constitutional rights because they wrote it on a sheet of paper and made some sort of numbered law on the books."

"This village is an absolute disgrace. They have a tyrant for a Sergeant who cares nothing about the oath she took to the Constitution of the United States. It is truly horrifying someone like her can hold such a position. The Constitution should be the first thing on their minds. It's hard to even describe and words how much of a shame this village has be come. This Sergeant needs to be investigated."
