"They lose certified mail and then take no responsibility saying it is not their problem. They come out the service door to help you then slam it in your face. Real professional. Any other business on the planet would have to issue a refund if services were not provided. Not USPS! That's why no one uses them anymore."

"Lousy service by the Post Master: allowed a crooked ex-tenant to forward all my house mail to his new address. I already lost two large-amount checks. In addition, The Post Master refused to stop forwarding my mail, saying it's my responsibility. I don't have any new data for ex-tenant. It's a shame."

"We tried to send an international package. We meticulously filled-out the customs form according to the instructions, and paid a $95 shipping fee. The package came back as 'return to sender' with no explanation. We spoke to the post office employees, and then to the Postmaster lady. Nobody could provide a reason, except that it must have been 'something to do' with the customs form (which, again, was meticulously filled-out according to the instructions). After lots of 'discussion' with the Postmaster lady, there's no refund, no apologies, nothing. I am told that If we'd like to try to send the package again, we need to pay $95 again. Good luck. Larchmont office and USPS, you let us down. Again."

"It never fails that when I am in this post office that the staff is unprofessional and rude. The tone and manner in which they speak to customers is unacceptable. They are knowledgeable and are capable of handling their tasks but the way they go about their duties makes you wanna pick another post office. This a consistent problem that I have witnessed on multiple occasions with multiple customers."
