"The attendant laughed at my friend on Tuesday may 14 who is unfortunately homeless and needed a PO Box. She had the money and valid drivers license but he was rude. I was able to get a PO Box here with an out of state drivers license, yet he wanted to make her life more difficult for no reason at all."

"As if the lousy carrier service, bad attitude in the office, and that no one ever answers the phone isn’t bad enough, today the carrier completely ignored the Stamp Out Hunger food donations I left out. Nice they get us all worked up about fighting hunger only to leave the donations behind. The current USPS regime is nothing to be proud of, and this branch exemplifies just how much sand has been thrown in the gears of our postal system. Find another branch like in Washington Twp where the rot hasn’t fully destroyed the service."

"I requested Hold Mail in 2023 and just now in March 2024 due to an overseas trip. But the mail carrier keeps on bringing mail to my home and I have to call my relative to collect mail. No one read the hold mail request and I went to complain there, and they said sorry. I wish they had a zero rating. No wonder why they have only 1.6 Google review ratings."

"I would say stay away from this post office if you need an attendant to help with your package. When I applied for my first adult passport here couple years back, pretty sure the lady attendant gave me COVID, she was rude as well. I usually use the kiosk at night when I need send things using Priority Mail packaging I have at home (which you can order for free online). Giving it 3 stars since the only thing going for it is convenience for me."
