"Let me tell you about my experience! Recieved an offer oh as a valued customer open a saving and checking account for 900 promotion! Did all that for them to close down my entire account due to suspicious activity !!!!! And with nooo explanation they closed down both of the accounts!!!dont fall for their promos they are probably doing so , so they can hit their numbers or whatever. Worst banking ever!!!! Update:some clown called me from chase saying they gave my complaint to him! Long story short he was just rude and same as others!!! I have lost losing access to my online banking for 2 weeks now and they are not providing me any reasoning nor nothing! Called them multiple times still nothing has resolved veryyy disappointing"

"Every single person I spoke to at this branch today, from the security guard to the bank teller to Jax who I had an appointment with were so friendly! I have been to many locations all over the country and have never been to a branch with such a kind and friendly staff. Will most definitely be coming here for all of my future banking needs."

"Do not bank with Chase and especially don’t bank at this location. Chase gives the typical run around as all other large banks- all they want is to send you in circles to trip you up and take your money or trip you up to not get their new account bonuses. Don’t fall for it. As for this location- it took me three trips to open new accounts. First time around all the representatives (4) were chatting with each other and sent me away to open my accounts online. I went home to open online but told to go in person, when in person on trip two I was sent away as no one was available. Third trip I had an appointment but when opening the account he wasn’t able to apply the new account bonus so back to doing it online to get the bonus- why does it all of a sudden work online is beyond me. While in person the conversation was all about setting up a myriad of services with bank instead of why I was there. Now that I finally opened the accounts and linked the bonus chase keeps cancelling my transfers and when I talk to customer service they talk in circles blaming the other banks for why transfers were blocked even though it says chase blocked them. Something doesn’t smell right, that’s chase for ya. Stay away, just another corrupt corporation luring people in to take their data and money. Enjoy!! Follow up as Chase continues to disappoint- made my deposits to get bonus- had to do via my other bank’s transfer services which by the way, Chase supposedly has a line of security showing a different acct number in your other bank’s transfer feature- Chase representatives don’t know about this but the other banks do. After testing a $1 transfer it does go to Chase account. PS: I was “selected” at beginning of CS call to partake in a survey based on my customer service experience and as I got more disgusted with lack of answers my ability to take the survey mysteriously was not available at the end of the call. Is Chase toying with customers across the board? My hunch is yes- don’t keep your money here."
