"Regular mail service is fine, our normal mail person is wonderful. Package delivery is unreliable at best. Package tracking is often updated days before USPS attempts to deliver - security footage backs this up. They have their phone line disconnected - it is impossible to reach anyone."
"This is a tough one. The workers are decent and some have been around for years. Place needs a renovation. Parking is not the greatest. Many times you have to wait in line for a long period of time. The mail slot should be where the PO boxes are so you don't have to go inside. That's so obvious. Sometimes it's empty and sometimes you can't even get near the place cuz it's so busy. It's kind of hit or miss. However, the service is decent. It's supposed to office be prepared to wait."
