"This guy George is a special type of mean and likely racist. My first encounter with him was okay until he saw my wife wearing a head scarf, and then his manners switched. I once brought my father to the office door in the car for an address change. George refused to walk 10 feet to see him and confirm his ID. He then had me drag my disabled father from the car to the inside of the office, even though i explained how difficult it is to make him move. He always greets people by the number of minutes they are late for appointments. I hope he grows old and becomes like my father and finds people who treat him like he treats others."

"It looks like these people like to collect bad reviews. I went for a passport renewal, and they refused to process one of my kids because we were a few minutes late, even though we arrived 45 minutes before 2 PM. The staff member could have easily completed my kid's application but refused. I am surprised that such rude people are still holding their jobs without any repercussions."

"All of these PASSPORT reviews are spot on. Postmaster is RUDE, unaccommodating, and quick to turn you away for any miniscule reason. She looked at her watch about 5 times during my (parent) appt. Turned my child away over a few mins we were waiting on my wife to arrive. Passport for Dad, but no daughter! Unbelievable to say the least. What world are we living in? Amazing how people are permitted to work and treat people like pieces of garbage, and keep their jobs...as a Postmaster nonetheless. Makes sense why the USPS is under water and in massive debt."

"I live in the next town over and decided to drop my packages here instead. They made a big deal that the ship from zip code was the next town over and if I didn't change it, they wouldn't get credit for scanning my packages. That's not my problem! I have no way of changing my ship from zip code. The rate I paid is correct and that should be enough for them. They seem to only want to deal with customers who live in their zip code and don't want to do their job. HORRIBLE."

"Had an appointment for passports. Made it in advance but not on the list. Showed conf # and the lady refused saying we had to be on the list. She was highly unprofessional and inept at her job. All the time we sat waiting she could have finished the paperwork. She sent us to a different PO. She said we are at an impasse and at the end looked at me and said your welcome. She shouldn’t be working there if she can’t properly give customer service. Never seen somebody so bad at their job."
