"Homeless people, no police. Don’t risk getting mugged, don’t go here. me and my mother got threatened and followed by a homeless guy."

"Excellent entry point to the A&C lines. There is a lift on the corner of Fulton & Williams. Which is great if you have cases. Also a wide gate. Made getting the A line to JFK really easy."

"The platform gets crowded after 5pm which is expected. It’s a great station for transferring to different subway lines."

"Many of the reviews here are rating this MTA Subway Station as a place or hub of transportation. The reality of the situation is that the Primary Attribute of this place is by no means transportation or access to and from same, but the way in which these transportation services are wrapped, showcased, revealed, and delivered to the eye and brain. Look at the bright gigantic video screens counterbalanced by the humble primary-colored painted signs. Consider the simple, austere tunnels, skeletonized stairways and naked platforms arrayed against the modern steel escalator banks, specialty retail shoppes and glass and neon architectural frontages. Please don't be so pedantic and utilitarian when considering this ever-dynamic, constantly flowing nexus of people and 21st century social energy."

"Yeah, MTA should really consider improving the visualization of their underground network (3D maps) on their kiosks. Subway lines overlap and getting to opposite platforms are quite annoying at times. Architecture looks grand, but I guess it's a maze for tourists to get lost and explore (makes the place look crowded and lively). It is quite confusing navigating through the shopping center and subway below deck."
