"They renovated the 1 train platform last year, and it’s already dirty again. The only way to the 1 train is a set of elevators, which creates massive crowds during rush hour whenever one or two of the elevators are out. And that happens frequently. This station also has an unfortunate homeless population, especially at night, and during the winter."
