"I hired this company after calling around and getting quotes for crazy prices (I.e. $12k) I know understand why they quoted me those prices, it’s because they actually deliver your stuff in one piece. To start with, the guy I was speaking with Eli, was super nice gave me a decent quote. I opted to pack our clothes and our valuables ourselves, and have them pack the big stuff such as tv’s, kids cribs, and dining table. I should’ve known it’s a red flag when they wanted to charge me $60 to bring my daughters tiny target play cart, meanwhile the cart only costs $20 at target. Their excuse is they quote for cubic feet. Sorry who the heck is going to going and measure cubic feet. Unless I’m not that bright, but hey that’s neither here nor there. At that point though you already have no choice, you’re in the middle of the move and can’t call anyone else. This is how I received my boxes. All my stuff was damaged , my expensive clothes, my valuables that can’t be replaced as they were given to me, and so on. I’m not even going to show the inside of the fragile boxes, because it makes me cry every time I look at it. When the delivery guy brought the boxes my husband insisted on going through them and he said “I’m not waiting for you to go through them, the company won’t reimburse you anyway because you packed it yourself” I understand I packed it myself, because they’re valuables and things I don’t want other people touching, but I’m not that stupid, to through things in a box and not deal and pack it right. I didn’t file a claim because I know they will just give me the run around, and frankly I’m tired, I can’t deal with calling back and forth and arguing. I just wanted to attached and show pictures so no one else would find themselves in a stupid situation like me. Long story short, take the higher price quoted by another company, because when these guys get there you end up paying 1k-2k more anyway, they keep bringing up cubic feet. I didn’t know a tiny target cart takes up that much cubic feet."

"I recently hired this company to move a two bedroom apartment plus a storage room less than a mile. The move began well, however despite paying near $4,000 including tips, the job was not completed. When I contacted the company they refused to send someone that day. They first made excuses saying the job was completed. When pictures was shared of how the team left the items and the job uncompleted the excuses began from blaming other but not themselves. Lastly, rather immediately have a team come back to finish the job they were paid for, they offered to come back few days later or I should go hire another company at my own expense and they’ll offer to share the cost. Do not use this company. They aren’t true to their word. Disappointing!!"

From Angelo, who quoted me a great price and checked in with us every step of the way, to Ivan and his crew of guys who worked tirelessly to wrap/pack, move and unpack our stuff with the greatest of care, we continued to be impressed. After living in a large, NJ apt for over 15 years, we needed to relocate to a smaller apt in Richmond Hill/Queens, NY. This required moving more than half our belongings to our house in Pennsylvania, (including vacating a huge storage space), moving the balance to Queens and hauling away anything leftover as junk. Like any move, it was a stressful undertaking but Angelo and Ivan made it all so easy. The job took three days and CRS was the best! They treated us like family and by the time the move was complete, they felt like family to us too. We love these guys and will happily hire them again and again. Consider us customers for life."
