"This is the worst company to ever have gotten to deal with. Nothing went right they came to us late jacked up the prices destroyed most of our furniture and lost half of the items that we own. We’ve made claims we’ve made phone calls. We’ve made every attempt to have this taken care of yet we are not receiving or getting any responses and it is now three years later, and we still have not received a single phone call in regards to the things that we were missing. nor the claim that we had to put through in order to receive compensation for the things that we were missing and broken, this place is a scam of rip off and worst of all they delete some of the recent post so that people don’t see that they are still in the messed up practices of stealing, destroying and hurting peoples lives ."
"Stay away from this company if don’t want pay somebody to steal your stuff. This is my worst experience ever though out my life.I have paid ~$3,500 for the moving service and, at the end, 2/3 of items are missing. At the delivery, 15 (out of 24 ) boxes and 9 (out 12 ) totes are missing. This is unbelievable,ridiculous and outrageous. I paid $3500 for it!!! The entire moving experience has been my nightmare for two months. At the beginning, when they picked up my stuff, the price they want almost doubled compare to the quote. The original quote from broker is 350 cubic feet where I said there will be one queen mattress, one bed frame and headboard, 2 dressers , 2 chairs, 2 coffee -table, one dorm-refrigerator and 40 medium boxes. When the movers came and began to load stuff on the truck, they load the boxes first. And the 24 medium boxes and 12 totes has occupied all the space marked as 500 cubic feet. I didn’t realize back then, but I now am thinking how that be possible since each medium boxes is only 3 cubic feet and the totes are smaller. They stocked everything and no that much space were wasted. The only possible answer is their mark of space usage is exaggerated so they can get you to pay more!!! They continuously to load stuff to the space of “500 cubic feet-800cubic feet” and told I have to pay for 800 cubic feet even I am not using all the space. This is ridiculous and I told them to stop and unload things because those dresser and chairs are not worthy the shipping fee. So it ends up with I am pay 1/3 more than quote with only half of quoted items. I have to throw all my furnitures and again they use false and exaggerated metric to get you pay more. About the insurance, I did the stupidest thing that I could done. At the time of pick up, I asked the mover about the insurance, the mover seemed like not want to talk about it. Instead, he told me that he could assure that my stuff will be taken good care of and explain how they work with storage and delivery. I decided to trust him and signed the waiver, the most stupidest that I could done. When I tried to schedule delivery with them, it takes forever and lots of call. The only thing they could say is we will call you back later. And they never call back. The only time they called me is to ask for storage fee. I am definitely know I need to pay for 30 days storage, but, in the call, they told me be prepare to pay for the next months. WTF!!! I told her that I already called for delivery a week ago and why I have to pay for next months. She said I don’t have a recipient address in the system and can’t do delivery (which I already provided) She put me on hold and said sorry, confirming my address,again, said they will call me back. Finally, the delivery man had came, a subcontractor of the company. As mentioned above, 2/3 of items are missing. The delivery man told me that he doesn’t work for the company and he didn’t load the stuff. He just gave me piece of paper of how to submit complaint. After that, we have called their customer services for 8 times, sent the emails as well. They did nothing and never contact us back!!! Now, after two weeks, my stuffs are still missing. What I am experiencing is systematic unprofessionalism, stay away!!!!"
"Jacked up the price after everything was loaded, won’t return calls or emails, damaged furniture and broke pretty much everything, dropped off items that didn’t belong to me but again won’t answer calls or emails. Can’t make a claim. Sent another company to deliver my items and they knocked over my mailbox and left after asking for an unload fee. Didn’t reassemble anything and didn’t send any parts to reassemble anything. They are a scam/fraud business and should never be used."
"This company was hired via a broker for my fathers move from SC to NY. They were not great in terms of communicating when they would arrive. When they did finally arrive, his brand new headboard to his bed was broken, a leg on his kitchen table is broken. His dresser is scratched up, his tv stand is damaged. He is also missing half of his brand new sectional. Upon trying to call the company’s number listed on Google, it is saying the number is disconnected. How is this company going to fix this? How is this company in business? Where is the other half of his couch? We were elated when they called to notify us the day before that they would be arriving today but that quickly changed when we saw the damages and missing furniture. Can someone from this company please help us rectify this situation? ———————— ***edit: in response to the company’s response… yes the items missing were returned, but a drawer was completely broken. You said the items would be delivered Friday by 8am but they didn’t arrive until Saturday. This still doesn’t fix the issue of his broken kitchen table, broken headboard, missing lamp, scratched bedroom set pieces, poor customer service and three days worth of miscommunication and stress. Still hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If your neighboring businesses know you as a “company who scams” and your employees refer to you as “scammers” - I’d encourage every future customer to believe it. You won’t last another year with your current staff and business ethics."
"Not BBB accredited and there's good reason. The other Google reviews are absolutely not representative of the work of this company. So much so I am sure they've been doctored. (We'll see if this one stays up...) Please do not hire this company OR (as in our case) allow another moving company to subcontract out your move to them. The damage to our things are just the beginning. Most importantly, the employees cannot be trusted, will steal your devices, and then ask your contacts for money pretending to be you. Third, the phone numbers they contact you through will be disconnected shortly after they receive payment. Every number we have for them is now out of service. Can you say sketchy? Fourth, they mix your stuff up with others' (they load multiple people's stuff onto each truck to maximize revenue and then do not check the moving sticker numbers as they load or unload). We are missing at least 4 items (in addition to the deliberately stolen iPad) and we have the kitchen utinsels of an unfortunate other customer (if you're Janice who just moved from Georgia to Pennsylvania, please reply to this message so we can get you your things! We can't do it through the company because they're unreachable now, as you're probably experiencing too!) Fifth, we were promised multiple times they'd get empty + full weight tickets so we could be reimbursed by the military (as this was a PCS move, but not coordinated through the Navy) but that did not happen. Sixth, my husband and I ended up packing 60% of our stuff anyway (despite paying for a full move) because it became clear by the third hour that the job wouldn't get done until 3am if we didn't. The only good thing I can say is that, of the stuff that actually made it to us at our destination, we were only without our things for 4 days. Other than that, this move wreaked havoc. If I had to do over, I would 100% just move my stuff and drive the truck myself. Considering how completely different the other reviews are, yet the issues we had clearly indicated problems at the corporate/organizational level, I'd be highly suspicious of their legitimacy. The BBB reviews aligned much more with our experience."
