"Where I live in Colorado, we have no trains or anything like this, so it was a bit overwhelming learning about this place prior to using it. However, once we arrived it was easy to figure everything out and we had a very successful train ride to New York City and back. This location is well managed! Thank you!"

"The renovated station looks great. But why is everything closed when I'm there to take a train at 10:00 PM? The bathrooms were closed. The donut shop and convenience store were both closed. And they removed the vending machines that used to be there. A lot of people were there to catch a train at 10:00 PM on a weeknight - if there's train service, why not provide other services to all the customers?"

"A bit rough around the edges on account of construction. But, it's got the essentials. I'll update after the project is finished."

"This station is always busy. Lots of passengers coming and going (though not to the bathroom, since there are none). There are some shops for food like doughnuts and hamburgers (the breakfast of champions!). Parking is well organized, with different lanes for ingress and egress. Only the MetroNorth’s Harlem line stops here."

"Very well-organized for its high volume, with separate ingress and egress for cars in-coming and out-going. Safe walkway for pedestrians exiting and entering the station. Bathroom available, though undergoing repairs at the time of this reviewer's visit. MetroNorth service frequent northbound and towards Manhattan."
