"I was sent to new lab in first floor, they took my referral and order me to sit down, people was coming from outside, they call all of them, after couple hours, only me and a pregnant woman were present, and I became very upset, when they called her. I requested an explanation , they said: All of the one who were called first, came with an appt from the medical office. I am not coming back there , that was my last visit to the lab. I discussed with the MD, I mentioned that I will go to the main hospital for lab. First floor Radiography and Ultrasound is the same, with front Clerks passing “Special people” before you. If you complain, they retaliate and keep you last."

"This office building has definitely changed. Some staff members have no professional etiquette from not answering phones, no greetings whether on the phone or in person, asking if the patient has any follow up questions or concerns, blasting music in the background. The laboratory has become more than 1 hour wait time from the time you come in. 3 people checking in patients and yet there is still more than 1 hour wait time. The Phlebotomists do not even come in on time nor come out to get the patient. They just shout your name. Someone with a hearing problem cannot hear they need a visual. It’s very frustrating that this is still continuing. Do better Westchester Medical!"

"I had an appointment for a MRI w/contrast. I arrived 45 minutes early. The parking has become so horrendous! Drove back and forth 3 x looking for a spot. I believe the worker must all park in front and take all the parking spots!! Who’s watching?? I know Covid is still a thing, my god ppl need to start WORKING.. the ones that do work in the building DO NOT WORK! The offices are empty and you still have to WAIT.. ppl come on get you stuff together! COVID HAS BEEN HERE FOR 2 plus YEARS. Getting back to my MRI waited another 40 minutes past my time waiting for the 2 ppl staff to get ready for me. Wow. Then I’m finally called they walk me to the changing room. There I wait another 22 mins. AND THERE WERE NO OTHER PATIENTS INSIDE NOR OUTSIDE IN THE WAITING ROOM. FINALLY GET INSIDE AROUND 11:45 she brings me a warm blanket and start the test. I WAS FREEZING AND THE AIR BLOWING IN MY FACE WAS SO COLD, my legs were shaking..sadly I couldn’t finish my test and ask for the tech to STOP. I was shivering. That’s how cold it was, so when the nurse remove the IV, I asked her “why is it so cold in here” her response was “ I KNOW “ she even had her Street jacket on. And the lack of personal is so sad! The place wasn’t that bad before Covid, it’s just getting worse since Covid!!"

"Wish there was a spot to put a zero because this is what this building deserves. When people go to any medical facility they expect some sort of a welcoming person in the front, not a rude security guard that will not even give you directions. The lack of communication and the lack of care that I have seen a couple times that I have been there, I know for sure I nor anybody in my family will ever go to that place. We have switched many doctors that we adored, so we don’t run into this problem of ever having to step foot in this building. I think people work at a place for so long and they begin to get too comfortable and forget that the place is running because of customers."
